The M630 rim is made for the current, versatile mountain bike generation. When climbing, it impresses with massive traction and acceleration and on the downhill with its absolutely precise, controlled handling – in conjunction with strong vibration and shock absorption. The ENVE M630 comes in two wheel sizes to give every rider full freedom in terms of tire size and pressure. With the extra wide hookless rim horns that significantly increase the penetration protection, it generates an uncompromising tire / trail interface.
ENVE carbon rims are engineered by ENVE in the US and manufactured to the highest quality standards at the Utah headquarters. Engineers at ENVE have years of experience using carbon in the field of cycling and know what needs to be met by a top product like these carbon rims. At ENVE, everything is focused on harnessing the benefits of carbon and eliminating its disadvantages. So stiff and extremely light rim were developed in which all fibers can run without interruption which corresponds to the best possible utilization of the material thicknesses. This principle was perfected in the spoke holes by continuous fiber strands form the mount for the spoke nipples. Aluinserts, as they are common with other carbon rims, can therefore be dispensed with during production. This reduces the weight and at the same time allows much higher spoke tensions which in turn allow the construction of stiffer wheels!
